Lucky Squares
To begin our challenge, the first idea we came up with was called Lucky Squares. The event was a tremendous success, with all proceeds going towards the funding for our future events. Lucky Squares is an exciting game/raffle where participants select squares from a grid, with certain ones chosen as "lucky" for rewards. We chose to do Lucky Squares as an interactive way to get friends, family, and other students in our school involved and aware of our challenge and aware of the charity's work to help others.

Thanks to our dragons and numerous other donations, we were able to gain a prize for this event, which was won by a PE teacher at Sir John Lawes School.
The prices for the lucky squares were £2.50 for 1, 3 for £5, and 5 for £10, and the prize for this was a £40 Wagamama’s voucher. This was a simple but effective way for us to raise money, we raised £142, which was put toward our quiz night. We are incredibly proud of everyone who contributed to the success of this fundraiser and were very happy with how it went in general.
